Dream Adoption Society is a multidisciplinary, Virtual Reality, artistic collective based in Warsaw Poland. The collective was started by the Theater Director Krzysztof Garbaczewski to develop a digital way of expression, which combines virtual and augmented reality in the context of theatre and performance.

Locus Solus

VR (virtual reality) installation created on the basis of Raymond Roussel‘s novel of the same title. It is a dream world, inhabited by numerous cerebral clones. Their shepherd, Martial Canterel will guide you through our programme that will lead to the transformation of your cerebral clone into an eternal life form. Presented in Warsaw at Center for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle.

Nothing” VR experience

Black square was never flat. It has always been an object, form, something. Black square is a controller – death, which the viewer uses to move in the virtual space. It is not used to keep the ilusion of the world. It is more this “thing” which makes it something rather then nothing. Experience virtual reality meditation based on Black square on white background by Kazimierz Malewicz and Bolesław Leśmian poetry. The experience is connected with premiere of “Nothing” theatre play at The Old Theatre in Krakow directed by Krzysztof Garbaczewski.
